At Pandatisserie, we strive to deliver freshly baked cookies to your doorstep in the best possible condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are freshly baked and processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer Standard and Priority Mail through USPS.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days.
  • Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $55.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Pandatisserie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at pandatisserie.co@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • We currently ship within the United States of America parameters. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations.
